• Items will be shipped in the condition as photographed and shown to you before shipment.
• if your item arrives opened, damaged, or otherwise afflicted by the shipping carrier we will take actions to report, resolve, and refund/return if necessary. I pack my orders with the upmost care to assure minimized risk!
• Once I drop the item off, it is out of my hands. If it gets delayed in shipment, I will not offer compensation for a delayed shipment due to the shipping carrier.
• I will not offer a refund or return for subjective reasons, such as 'I did not like this as much as I thought', or anything regarding buyers remorse or FOMO (fear of missing out).
• items must be returned in the condition received (even if damaged) for a refund. The refund total reflects the price you paid minus any applicable deposit. BUYER IS LIABLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING.
• Refunds will not be issued for items that are altered after delivery (this includes if the item arrives somehow stained and you attempt to clean the stain out yourself, you cut the butt tag off, ran it through the washer, etc.)
• Refund and return policy subject to change or vary on a case by case basis and what individual issues arise.
• I always use buyer and seller protected methods of payment in case further arbitration is necessary that we cannot resolve.
